Pre-Order Policy

- Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order.

- Please note that any items that are ordered together with the Pre-Order items will be put on hold and shipped together after the release date.
Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

Both new and seasoned TCG players will enjoy this new take on a trading card game with its unique dice battle mechanic and eye-catching design.
Neopets Battledome Trading Card Game introduces Holiday Bundle! This holiday bundle will include 19 unique cards and 6 reprinted cards themed from all the available archetypes within every set from Defenders of Neopia to The Void Within! It will also include two booster packs from Defenders of Neopia, one pack of each of the following: Champions of Meridell, 25th Anniversary, War for the Obelisk, and The Void Within. Our goal here is to provide new support for existing fan favorite archetypes and give collectors new things to collect!
