Pre-Order Policy

Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
• O-Pee-Chee boasts a comprehensive 600-card base set which includes a 100-card high-series subset featuring League Leaders, Award Winners, Postseason Highlights and Marquee Rookie cards. Every pack includes, on average, one (1) high series card!
There are four (4) parallels of the complete base set, including the Hobby-exclusive Purple Border parallel #’d to just 49, as well four (4) serially-#’d Hobby-exclusive parallels of only the high-series subset cards:
o Rainbow Foil (#’d to 350)
o Black Rainbow Foil (#’d to 100)
o Green Rainbow Foil (#’d to 33)
o Gold Rainbow Foil (#’d 1-of-1)
There is also the always-popular Retro Variation of the complete base set. Collect one (1) per pack, on average, and look for Hobby-exclusive Black Border parallels #’d to 100!
HOT BOXES! In special boxes, every card in the box will be a Base Set Retro Gold parallel #’d to 10. These incredible boxes will feature the same checklist as the Base Set and Base Set Rookies Retro Variation!
Keep an eye out for 1-of-1 Printing Plates from both the base set and the Retro Variation set. All plates are Hobby-exclusive!
Collect at least three (3) sequentially-#’d parallel cards, Retro Variation parallel cards, ratio’d short print cards, Printing Plates, and/or a Top Rookie Puzzle Bounty cards in every box (on average)!
• Playing Cards! The popular and Hobby-exclusive O-Pee-Chee Playing Cards are back and fall at a rate of four (4) per box, on average.
• Bounty Mission! The Top Rookie Puzzle Bounty insert, a Hobby exclusive, will have collectors on the hunt to complete the nine-card puzzle set. Those that complete the puzzle will be awarded highly sought-after bounty award cards featuring a top rookie!
