Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
• The latest edition of Credentials Hockey sports a 150-card Base Set which includes a 50-card Debut Ticket Access (DTA) rookie subset numbered to 999. The parallel lineup is diverse and includes hard-signed autograph cards! Here is a synopsis:
o Base Set (1-100): Except for the Auto parallel, all parallels are numbered (199 to 1-of-1), and all Auto parallels are hard-signed! Look for, among others, Green (#’d to 25), Purple (#’d to 10), Purple Auto (#’d to 10) and Gold (#’d to 5) parallels, as well as 1-of-1 Black and Black Auto parallels.
o DTA (101-150): All parallels are numbered (249 to 1-of-1). Keep an eye out for, among others, Green (#’d to 25), Purple (#’d to 10), Gold (#’d to 5) and 1-of-1 Black parallels.
• Numbered & Hard-Signed Rookie Autograph Cards! Collect Debut Ticket Access Auto cards numbered to either 199 or 99! The parallel lineup features the BIGGEST chase cards in the product - the Gold parallels numbered to 5 and the 1-of-1 Black parallels! There are also hard-signed acetate versions numbered to just 99!
• More Popular Acetate Cards! Along with Acetate Debut Ticket Access (#’d to 199) rookie cards, look for Acetate Ticket Access (#’d to 99) cards featuring star veterans. There are also hard-signed and numbered Auto parallels of the veteran cards!
• Living Sets! The immensely popular and spectacular Pro Visions and Pro Visions Legends original art cards are back! Look for the newest additions to these living sets.
