Pre-Order Policy

Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

• Artifacts® Golf returns to the golf portfolio, featuring a loaded 90-card base set that breaks down as follows (subject to change):
Base Set (1-50) | Rookies (51-80; #’d to 999) | Stars & Legends (81-90, #’d to 199)
The parallel lineup is extensive and loaded with colorful, serially-numbered sets, including many with autographs. The fantastic insert lineup features autograph and memorabilia cards from the top players in the world! For a complete parallel and insert list, see the “Product Breakdown” section below.
Box Break: Each 8-pack box will contain, on average, four (4) serially-numbered Base Set and/or Base Set parallel cards, one autographed card, one memorabilia card, one Aurum card, and one additional memorabilia or Tech card.
• The popular Aurum insert features a 35-card set-within-a-set with each golfer etched out in Gold foil (includes 10 short-print chase subjects). Also, look for rare Aurum Signatures and Aurum Signatures Duals chase cards.
• The Artifacts Rookie Autographs insert set also includes rare autograph memorabilia versions of golf’s rising stars! Look for Gold parallels numbered to 25 and ultra-rare Black 1-of-1 parallels!
• Look for Autofacts, Signs of Success, and Opportunists Signatures inserts featuring autographs of the top legends and stars of the game!
