Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

EXPANSIVE BASE SET COLLECTION: 2025-26 Upper Deck Premier sports a 150-card base set consisting of current superstars (d to 249), all-time greats (#’d to 99) and top rookies (#’d to 399).
EXTENSIVE AUTO PATCH CARD LINE-UP: The latest edition is loaded with some of the most sought RAP hockey cards of the season and every box will contain, on average, one autograph patch card! Here are some of the RAP highlights:
• Acetate RAP: This popular set contains top rookies from the 2025-26 NHL season, many of whom are making a significant impact on their team. Look for Tier 1 (#’d to 249), Tier 2 (#’d to 99), Gold Tier 1 (#’d to 65), Gold Tier 2 (#’d to 35), and Platinum (#’d 1-of-1).
• Horizontal Acetate RAP: Since their debut in 2019-20, the horizontal RAPs continue to impress! The checklist includes a smaller subset of rookies - Tier 1 (#’d to 99), Tier 2 (#’d to 49), Gold Tier 1 (#’d to 25), Gold Tier 2 (#’d to 15), and Platinum (#’d 1-of-1).
