Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

- 12 cards per pack.
- 4 packs per box.
- 20 boxes per case.
• Exciting Changes! We’ve made a couple of exciting changes to the Upper Deck Series to deliver an even more compelling collecting experience! The changes:
o An improved insert-to-base card ratio in each pack. Each pack now contains three (3) inserts, on average.
o The introduction of a stunning base set parallel, which also means more Young Guns® cards to chase!
And while we’ve changed the configuration (cards per pack/packs per box), each box still contains at least one (1) Young Guns® card, on average.
• Series 1 sports the first 250 cards of the 2023-24 Upper Deck base set. Annually, the Upper Deck base set is the most widely-collected base set in hockey. The set includes 198 veteran cards, 49 Young Guns® cards (the most anticipated rookie cards of the season!) and three checklist cards. And as noted above, we’ve added a stunning base set parallel - Outburst Silver!
• Fans and collectors alike will be blown away by the UD Portraits cards! The latest version of this classic insert portrays stars and rookies like you’ve never seen them before! No two portraits are the same.
• New Insert Sets! The latest edition of Series 1 sports an impressive lineup of new insert sets sure to please everyone, from the casual fan to the avid collector:
o 200’ x 85’: Each card in this set features a player (star veteran or top rookie) on a hockey rink backdrop - with both the player and the rink treated with Lite FX.
o OPC Glossy: Formerly a rookie-only Tin exclusive, we’re now adding these popular & attractive cards to most of our retail products. We’ve also expanded the checklist to include some star veterans. Collect one (1) OPC Glossy card per box, on average, and keep an eye out for Gold parallels!
o Special Edition: Each card displays a current star veteran or top rookie on an elegant design.
o Star Surge: This set showcases rising stars.
o Star Zone: This set is comprised of many of the veteran stars in the game today.
o Stat Box Fillers: The checklist consists of current stars that routinely fill up the stat sheet. Keep an eye out for rare Gold parallels!
o Teacher’s Pet: Each card in this fun set sports a player “report card” and highlights the skill for which each player in the checklist is best known. In addition to the regular set, there is also a rare Gold parallel set.
• UD Canvas®, a longtime favorite among collectors, returns featuring a collection of the top stars in the game today along with the best of the Young Guns®. Series 1 contains the first 120 cards of this intra-series set.
• The popular Honor Roll® and Dazzlers inserts are also back! Both are intra-series sets and their Series 1 checklists are comprised of only star veterans (collect rookies in Series 2!). Each box will contain, on average, one (1) Honor Roll® card and one (1) Green Dazzlers card. The Green Dazzlers cards are only available in select Blasters and the Starter Kit!
• Keep an eye out for Debut Dates cards commemorating the first game for 2022-23 and 2023-24 rookies!
