Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

• Black Diamond is a high-end product and the first of the season to feature an extensive selection of premium autograph and memorabilia cards for the 2023-24 rookie class!
• The latest edition of Black Diamond sports a 100-card base set (#’d to 349) which features Red (#’d to 75), Blue (#’d to 25), Green (#’d to 10) and Gold (#’d 1-of-1) parallels. In addition to the parallels, keep an eye out for Auto (Varied #’ing) and Premium Relics (Varied #’ing) parallels.
• Look for coveted Diamond Relic Rookies cards! Each card in this rookie set boasts one to four diamond relics. The greater the prospect, the more diamond relics the card will feature. Every card in the set and its four parallels are #’d to 99 or less, including the highly-sought after 1-of-1 Pure Black parallels.
• The Band of Color insert set returns featuring veterans #’d to 23 and rookies #’d to 24! Each card in this colorful set features six diamond relics, each a different color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
• Keep an eye out for Gemography cards! This longtime classic Black Diamond autograph insert #’d to 25 boasts a mix of current stars and top rookies. The rich and low-#’d parallel lineup includes a Ruby (#’d to 15), Purple (#’d to 10), Emerald (#’d to 5) and Pure Black (#’d 1-of-1).
• Collect a variety of Diamond Stars, Diamond Legends and Diamond Futures insert cards featuring Silver Light FX. In addition to the regular cards #’d to 299, collectors can chase the sought-after Auto (Varied #’ing), Premium Relic Auto (Varied #’ing), Purple Diamond Relic Auto (#’d to 10) and Pure Black Diamond Relic Auto (#’d 1-of-1) parallels!
• The Jewels of the Draft autograph patch cards are back! These popular and colorful cards feature 2023-24 rookies and will enhance any collection. Collect Veteran Jewels of the Draft cards featuring top veteran players. All cards in both sets are #’d to 99 or less.
• Expand your Black Diamond Team Logo Jumbo Patches collection! This year’s set is a collection of 45 players broken into five subsets - nine players each from the 2023 All-Star Game, the Carolina Hurricanes, the Detroit Red Wings, the Nashville Predators and the Ottawa Senators organizations. Each card features a piece of a complete embroidered manufactured logo patch. All nine cards from any subset can be displayed in a nine-pocket sheet as a completed puzzle. There is also patch variant set featuring a retro team logo patch!
Collect up to three Gold parallel sets of the entire regular collection, whereby the puzzle format is swapped out for a single decorative piece featuring a Full Team Logo (#’d to 15), a Full Team Alternate Logo (#’d to 5) and an NHL Shield Logo (#’d 1-of-1).
There are also Rookie Team Logo Jumbo Patch cards, and even rarer Auto Rookie Team Logo Jumbo Patch cards. These cards are sure to be an impressive addition to any collection.
• Every pack includes, on average, one Exquisite Collection® chase card! The Black Diamond Exquisite cards feature an exciting array of rookie and veteran subsets, all serially-#’d. Be on the lookout for exciting memorabilia cards such as the Exquisite Collection® Extra Exquisite Jersey Rookies and the Exquisite Collection® Rookies Patch Variant both of which feature multiple low-#’d parallels.
• NEW! The Rangers Retired Numbers Patches insert set features retired stars from the legendary organization alongside a manufactured patch emulating their retired number banners! Each card is #’d to 99. Lucky collectors will pull rare Gold (select players) and Gold Auto (select players) parallels. Both parallels are #’d to the legends’ jersey number.
