Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

The base set consists of 100 regular cards – each sporting a unique background design provided by the team that created the original 1997-98 Metal Universe set – and 50 high-series Metal Shredders cards (a new name and design for the high-series subset). The diverse checklist is made up of top prospects, current superstars and legends from a variety of sports: Baseball, Basketball, Boxing, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Tennis and more!
The parallel lineup is extensive and will entice fans and collectors alike! There are seven colorful, serially-#’d PMG parallels ranging from Red (#’d to 150) to Purple (#’d 1-of-1), as well as Auto and low-#’d Gold Auto parallels.
The 2022 edition of Skybox Metal Universe Champions features a bevy of intriguing inserts, including several new additions:
NEW! 1997-98 Metal Universe Championship Retro: This collection of cards features the top athletes from the base set on the 1997-98 Metal Universe Championship base set design. Each box will contain, on average, three of these cards. There are also serially-#’d Red and Green PMG parallels!
NEW! 2500 Degrees: This “hot” new set and its super rare Auto parallel feature an impressive checklist.
A Cut Above: One of the most popular inserts in the 2021 edition is back. Each rainbow foilboard die-cut card features one of the best athletes from the base set.
NEW! Championship Galaxy: This is a revamped PETG version of a classic insert and features a best-of-the-best checklist.
Fresh Foundations: The checklist for this colorful set features only top prospects and young stars! Like the base set, there are seven serially-#’d PMG parallels, highlighted by the 1-of-1 Purple parallel, as well as Auto (Varied #’ing) and Gold Auto (#’d to 10) parallels.
