Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

• The 2022-23 edition features a base set consisting of 200 veterans and 100 Marquee Rookies. The base set, combined with an impressive parallel lineup, will be well-received by set and player collectors.
o Collect up to 14 dazzling parallels (six of which are #’d to 99 or less), including the stunning and
all-new Liquid Metal (#’d to 349) parallel, the Hobby-exclusive Orange Checkers (#’d to 25) parallel, and the always coveted 1-of-1 Golden Treasures parallel.
o Every box contains, on average, five (5) #’d base set parallel cards!
• Hard-Signed Rookie Cards! The ever-popular Rookie Auto insert is back. Each card features a 2022-23 rookie and his on-card autograph.
o Collect up to 10 parallels (seven of which are serially-#’d), including the Hobby-exclusive Orange Checkers (#’d to 15) parallel and the 1-of-1 Golden Treasures parallel.
• Look for a wide range of O-Pee-Chee Platinum Retros insert cards featuring a classic O-Pee-Chee design and a mix of veterans and rookies. Collect the regular set and five parallel sets, highlighted by the Houndstooth (#’d to 15) and Golden Treasures (#’d 1-of-1) parallels, as well as the rare & hard-signed Red Auto parallel!
