Orders that contain pre-order products are subject to our pre-order policy. Pre-order items are subject to this policy no matter which sales channel the order is placed with.
By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
• 2022-23 CHL boasts a 400-card base set which includes 50 Stars and 50 Star Rookies cards.
o Collect 1 Stars or Star Rookies card per pack, on average.
o Look for Exclusives (#’d to 100) and High Gloss (#’d to 10) parallels - and Printing Plates (some with autographs!) - of the complete base set.
o Keep an eye out for Autograph parallels of the first 100 cards of the base set and both the Stars and Star Rookies subsets, as well as Hobby-Exclusive Clear Cut parallels of the Stars and Star Rookies! Collect 1 Clear Cut parallel per box, on average.
• Returning Favorites! The Top Imports, First Draft and CHL Star Rookies insert sets are back. The Top Imports set features notable players from the import draft while the First Draft checklist includes the top players from the OHL, WHL and QMJHL drafts. The CHL Star Rookies insert consists of the top players that debuted during the 2021-22 season.
o Collect both the regular Top Imports set along with the Blue (#’d to 25), Blue Auto (#’d to 25), White (#’d to 5), Black (#’d 1-of-1) and all-new Black Auto (#’d 1-of-1) parallels!
o Look for Auto parallels of both the First Draft set (#’d to 15) and the CHL Star Rookies set (#’d to 25)!
• The 2022-23 edition also features three compelling new inserts:
o Connor Bedard Retrospective: Collect this set commemorating the CHL career to-date of the 2020-21 WHL Rookie of the Year and the first player in WHL history to be granted exceptional status. Lucky collectors will pull a rare Auto parallel #’d to 10!
o Future Heroes: Each card in this insert features a star player on the classic 1993 Upper Deck Future Heroes design. Keep an eye out for Blue (#’d to 25), White (#’d to 5) and Black (#’d 1-of-1) parallels, as well as Hobby-Exclusive Red (#’d to 99) parallels.
o CHL Graduates: This special set features three of greatest CHL players of all-time! Look for Hobby-Exclusive Red (#’d to 99) parallels as well as the rare White Auto (#’d to 5) parallels.
