By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

SP Game-Used Hockey is back with an abundance of limited edition game-worn and event-worn (e.g. All-Star Skills Competition) memorabilia!
Keep an eye out for a multitude of cards featuring jersey swatches, patches and tags, as well as net cord, pucks and banners from the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic, the 2020 NHL Stadium Series, the 2020 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic™ and/or the 2020 NHL All-Star Skills Competition.
Collect the 200-card Base Set consisting of veterans, rookies, Team Canada rookies and legends. Each base card is inkjet-numbered to the player’s jersey number and, exclusive to Hobby, the highest numbered card is autographed.
Look for multitude of parallels, including rookie and legend Auto Jersey, Auto Patch and Auto Tag parallels, all numbered to 65 or less!
Add always-popular Supreme Patches cards, featuring massive game-worn patches, to your collection. The Premium Memorabilia parallel will sport a game-used memorabilia item (glove, skate, stick, etc.).
