By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

2019/20 Upper Deck Series 1 features a number of "Easter Eggs" to discover. Find Short Print Base Card Photo Variations. Collect illustrated Fanimation Inserts, which are printed on canvas-style stock and use illustrations to showcase players and the cities they play for. The hobby-only Clear Cut parallels have a parallel of their own in Clear Cut Exclusives. These are also printed in acetate but have an Exclusive banner added. Unlike regular Exclusives parallels, these don't have serial numbers. The 2019-20 Upper Deck Series 1 30th Anniversary Buybacks take original cards from the flagship line and give them a special stamp. Cards go back as far as 1990-91 and perhaps even more attractive to a lot of collectors is the fact that all are one-of-ones. Upper Deck has not announced how tough any of the 2019-20 Upper Deck Series 1 Easter Eggs are to pull or their print runs.
Upper Deck Series 1 features a 250-card regular set, including 198 base cards, 49 Young Guns, and 3 checklist cards. Look for the highly sought-after Exclusives, High Gloss, and Clear Cut parallels.
