Pre-Order Cancellation
Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% processing fee.
(No cancellation of pre-orders 2 weeks prior to release date.)
Refunds & Returns
You have 15 days to request a refund from the date of delivery.
Eligible refunds/returns will be issued a store credit.
After 15 days have elapsed since receiving your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in original condition and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
You have 15 days after delivery to request an exchange on unopened items. Exchanges must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer any price adjustments. Due to the volatile prices of collectibles we are market dependent thus are unable to provide price adjustments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will issued to you as a Gift Card.
Damaged Items
Our items are directly sourced from the Manufacturer and are in Sealed Factory Condition.
If the order you have received has been damaged due to transit. You must contact Canada Post (or the Shipping Carrier used) to create an investigation case on the order being damaged.

If specific cards or packs were received damaged, please contact the Manufacturer of the item at hand. They will be the ones who will provide support through their warranties.
Undelivered Items
If a package was undelivered to your address, we suggest contacting Canada Post or the Shipping Carrier used, and having them create a investigation ticket. We will do the same on our end.
If a package was undelivered do your address based on an incorrect shipping address you have entered. Miraj Trading will refund your order however a $14.95 shipping-fee will be charged to the customer.
If Canada Post accepts the investigation, they are able to refund up to a maximum of $100 + the shipping amount charged. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please contact support@mirajtrading.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
