CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS

•    Series 2 hosts the next 250 cards of the 2022-23 Upper Deck Base Set - 200 new veterans and 50 new Young Guns®, the most anticipated rookie cards of the year! Look for six of these cherished cards in every box, on average.

o    Collectors can also continue building their Exclusives (#’d to 100), High Gloss (#’d to 10), Clear Cut (Hobby Exclusive!) and French parallels of the complete base set! Look for one French parallel per box, on average.

o    Rookie Alert! The Young Guns® checklist will include players that debut at the start of the 2022-23 season!

•    More Overlay Sets! Series 2 also features the continuation of these insert sets which originated with Series 1. The Series 2 portion of several of these overlay sets feature only rookies! Here is the rundown:

o    Dazzlers: Since its debut in 2020-21, this brightly-colored collection of popped-out, full-bodied players has been a big hit! Collect both the Blue (one per box, on average) and Pink versions of the next 50 cards of the 2022-23 set, which feature only rookies. There are also printing plates of the Blue Dazzlers. 

o    Honor Roll®: The next 50 cards of this classic insert set feature only rookies. Look for two per box, on average. Keep an eye out for Rainbow (#’d to 250) and Gold Rainbow (#’d to 25) parallels, as well as printing plates.

o    Population Count: Collect the next 30 cards in this unique set which made its debut in Series 1. There are seven different print runs (1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 10 and 1) of each of the 30 players - all of which are rookies in Series 2! Everyone will be chasing these cards, especially the lone Population Count 1 card for each player.

o    UD Canvas®: Collect 90 new star veterans and 30 new Young Guns®, as well as 15 High Series Retired and 15 High Series Program of Excellence cards. Each box contains four of the popular UD Canvas® cards, on average. Look for printing plates from the regular set and the Young Guns® subset as well.  

o    UD Portraits Rookies: Collect the next 40 cards (including 10 SP’s) in this long-running favorite! Collect two per box, on average. Also look for all-new Silver parallels #’d to 99 or 25 (SP’s) and printing plates.

•    New! Series 2 also boasts a handful of intriguing new insert sets, highlighted by the following:

o    Calder Candidates: This brand new set features the available rookies who are widely considered to be 2022-23 Calder Memorial Trophy candidates. Look for rare Gold parallels and printing plates.

o    Greetings From: Each card in this set highlights the city or state in which each NHL team plays. Collect the regular set, the rare Gold parallel and the printing plates. 

o    Highlighters: A colorful new addition, Highlighters is a 25-card PETG insert featuring players who produced a top 2021-22 season highlight. There are four rare-to-extremely rare versions for each player - Yellow, Orange, Pink and Green!

o    Lunch Box Legends: The design of these cards hearkens back to the lunch boxes of the 1970’s - the pinnacle of lunch box popularity. The 30-card set features many of the biggest names in the League today. Keep an eye out for rare Gold parallels and printing plates.

•    Returning Series 2 Exclusives! These sets traditionally can only be found in Series2:

o    Fluoresence: This ever-popular and serially-#’d insert set returns with four color variations, a new rookie class and cards #’d as low as 5!

o    Rookie Materials: Add some rookie jersey cards to your collection! Keep an eye out for rare Patch parallels #’d to just 25!
